About Villa Roxanne

Located in the beautiful area of Ftelia, just 80m from the beach in a small bay lays the beautiful villa Roxanne. Ideally located very close to the famous Alemagou beach-bar-restaurant, villa Roxanne is the perfect option for groups of young people looking to have the time of their lives in Mykonos! Guests also benefit from a unique villa service and order breakfast, lunch, dinner from Alemagou and have it delivered at the property, as well as a complimentary sunbed and special prices just for residents of villa Roxanne at the beach bar-restaurant. Note that clubbing and events are neighboring the property at Alemagou beach-bar-restaurant and are ideal for groups that enjoy all day and night entertainment!

The house includes the Main Villa, 2 independent guest houses and a studio, a private pool, numerous outdoor shaded areas, beautiful garden, and a chapel. There is also a generator covering every need the villa may have in case of a power cut. The Villa enjoys a panoramic sea view, spacious lounge areas, BBQ and comfortable sunbeds, ideal for moments of fun under the sun!

The Main Villa is formed in 2 levels and consists of 1 bedroom with a spacious bathroom & Jacuzzi, a dining room, a fully equipped with modern appliances kitchen, a spacious living room, a utility room and a wc. A beautiful staircase leads to the 2nd level where 2 additional bedrooms and a spacious independent bathroom are located.

Apart from the main villa there are 2 independent guest houses. The 1st one is located below the main house and consists of 2 spacious bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, a wc, a beautiful living area, a dining area, a fully equipped kitchen and an outdoor dining area located next to the kitchen.

The 2^nd guesthouse is located above the main house and consists of 2 large bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, a living area, a lounge area, a freezer, a coffee maker and a wc. Last but not least, the final unit which comprises Villa Roxanne is an independent studio, with one bedroom with its en-suite bathroom and an auxiliary kitchen.
